About us
Rosie Seaward, Principal
Rosie graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Law from the University of Edinburgh in 2009. She trained at a large private client firm and qualified as a solicitor in 2013 before spending more than a decade with Ennova Law, latterly as a partner.
Rosie is a highly experienced litigator and negotiator. She cut her teeth in family law and continues to advise clients on all financial and child-related matters arising from separation and divorce. She also has extensive experience in executry disputes, employment law, property litigation and commercial litigation.
Many disputes can be negotiated and settled in a timely and cost-effective manner. Where this is not possible, Rosie represents clients through to conclusion in both the Sheriff Courts and the Court of Session.
Clients appreciate Rosie's pragmatic approach. While she will tenaciously fight your corner, she understands that preserving important relationships can be just as valuable as achieving the right legal outcome. Rosie will never recommend an approach that unnecessarily jeopardises your ability to remain on good terms with a former partner or family member, wherever that is possible.
Rosie is always transparent about anticipated fees and offers fixed-fee arrangements in some cases. As a small business with low overheads, she is able to provide high-quality legal advice at highly competitive rates.
Rosie is a member of the Family Law Association.
