We understand that the cost of legal advice can be daunting. Wherever possible, we offer fixed-fee services and will always aim to provide you with a clear estimate of our fees at the outset of your case where work is charged on an hourly basis.

As a small business, we do not charge VAT.

Our Fees

• Hourly rate: £300

• Fixed-fee initial meeting (up to one hour): £300

• Deposit agreements for a house purchase: £420–£850, depending on complexity (most are charged at a fixed fee of £420)

• Simple cohabitation and prenuptial agreements: £1,200

• Simple separation agreements (where no negotiation is required): £1,200

• Simplified divorce: £480

• Ordinary divorce (where there are children under 16 and the divorce is uncontested): £2,000 plus court dues

• Employee settlement agreements (uncontested): Your employer will usually pay the cost of the legal advice required.

• Notary public signing service: £100

• Legalisation of documents: £250
